Who we are

What we collect
Your name, and the names of anyone you book for. Your phone number and email address. The appointments you book, the services, and notes your barber keeps so your cut comes out the way you like it. A birthday or a photo only if you choose to give one. If you sign in with Face ID or Touch ID, your face or fingerprint never leaves your device; we keep only a key that cannot sign in without it.
You pay in the shop through Square. We never see or keep full card numbers.
How we use it
To book, confirm, remind you of, and change your appointments, to answer you when you get in touch, and to run the shop. We do not sell your information.
SMS and text messages
Sender: PRVSN Barber Co. Platform: Thrivari, which runs this booking site and sends text messages on behalf of PRVSN Barber Co. Texts include one-time login codes, booking confirmations, reminders, and appointment updates.
You opt in by entering your phone number and requesting a code on this booking page, or by adding your number for texts when you book.
Program: PRVSN Barber Co. appointment texts. If you add your phone number for texts when you book, we text you about your appointments: a confirmation, reminders before your visit, a note if it moves or is cancelled, a spot opening if you joined the waitlist, and a thank-you after your visit that may ask for a review. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
If someone booking a visit adds your number, you get one text asking you to reply YES. You get nothing more from us unless you do. When you sign in to book, we text you a one-time code; that text is only for signing in.
Reply STOP to any text to opt out, and you will get no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@thrivari.com or reach us at (318) 771-2382 or hello@prvsnbarber.com.
Mobile numbers and opt-in consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing.
Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. We will not share your opt-in to our text messages with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with those messages. We may share your personal data, including your text opt-in or consent status, with third parties that help us provide our messaging services, including platform providers, phone companies, and any other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages.
Who helps us
Our booking provider, Thrivari, runs this site and sends our texts and emails on our behalf through its own providers: Cloudflare for hosting, Telnyx for text messages, and Resend for email. Square handles payments. Each uses your information only to provide its service to us.
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
How long we keep it
For as long as you are a customer, and after that only as long as the law requires. Ask us and we will delete it.
Your choices
To see, correct, or delete what we hold about you, email hello@prvsnbarber.com. To stop texts, reply STOP.
Children
A parent or guardian books appointments for children under 17 and gives their details for them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version appears here with its date.
